How it works (and other important information)
It can happen, due to all kinds of circumstances or events: there is no money left for clothes for yourself or for the children. Then, fortunately, there is the Kledingbank Eindhoven. Please read below what you have to do to make an appointment and pick out clothes at the Kledingbank Eindhoven. Contact a referrer from the Kledingbank. They assess whether you are entitled to a referral. Only with a referral you can make an appointment.

You should bring a large shopping bag or sack for each family member.
If you have to cancel the appointment on the day itself: send an email to info@kledingbank-eindhoven.nl. For the other days you can call during our opening hours on 040-2823750 to cancel and schedule a new appointment. Not canceling an appointment means that you are not allowed to come and find out for a year.
Due to the many appointments, it is not possible to exchange clothes. If you are unsure about your child’s size, bring a piece of clothing that now fits well: you can then compare it with the selected items of clothing.

01
Dispensing
You can drop off your clothes at the 'blue doors'. You can return summer and winter clothing all year round. Most of it comes in bags and boxes: hundreds (!) per part of the day. Then the sorting begins.
02
Sorting
Upon entry, a global check is made to see whether the clothing is in good condition and for whom it is intended. Then it is checked again what the condition of the clothing is and everything is stored per species.
03
Storage
Above in our building we have the storage: we store all clothes by type, by size and by season (summer or winter).
